Booking a service or accepting a quote constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Visit dates are agreed individually. Rescheduling is subject to availability and reasonable notice.

Services are carried out at the client’s commercial premises. Safe access must be provided.

We provide before-and-after evidence of work completed and certification where agreed.

Quotes are free and without obligation unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment terms will be confirmed in your quote or invoice prior to work commencing.

We maintain appropriate insurance. Clients should notify us of site-specific hazards before the visit.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a call-out fee if stated in writing.

We may use anonymised before-and-after images for marketing unless you object in writing before the job.
